Accounts can no longer move to servers that have been opened in the past 12 months ( previously it was 3 months).
Alle accounts kunnen niet naar een server jonger dan 12 maanden. Dit was 3.
With the last version, the transfers now calculate the top 20 rank of EVERY community and not only the exodus community from where the account belongs, which means these 2 functions should prevent big accounts that are not top 20 in their exodus end up as the top 20 of other communities.
In deze berekening kan men die niet in de wereldwijde top20 staat in alle communities top 20 eindigen. Dit geldt dus voor alle dikke accounts per community die eerst overal dan heen konden. Dit om hun meer op de unis te houden waar ze "meer" competetief zijn.
