Hello commanders!

Tomorrow, March 14, we will update the live servers with the newest game version:
- at 10:00 CET all OGame.org universes
- at 13:00 CET the rest of the communities


Changelog:
- Fixed the on and off state of the button for setting fleets to return on tactical retreat being switched.
- Fixed fleets returning without combat after a defender's tactical retreat being stuck for up to 5 minutes.
